Delivery

Free UK delivery, no minimum. The postage is already inside the price of every card rather than added at checkout, so the number on the card is the number you pay.

Cards go Royal Mail large letter, untracked, which for a greeting card is the sensible option. Typically two to three working days.

UK only for now. That’s a limit of the print partner, not a judgement on anyone abroad.

Dispatch

Every card is printed when you order it. Nothing sits in a box waiting.

Returns

Each card is printed for your order, which makes it made-to-order under UK consumer law. That said: if it turns up damaged, misprinted, or simply not what the listing showed, tell us and we’ll reprint it or refund it. No photographs of the packaging, no forms, no arguing.

If it goes missing

Untracked post occasionally eats things. If it’s been ten working days and nothing has arrived, we’ll send another one.

Getting hold of us

Reply to your order confirmation and it reaches us.
